The short answer
Yes. VA lists Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) as presumptive for Agent Orange and other herbicide agents.
That means you would not have to prove the medical link between this condition and your service. It does notmean a claim is approved. You still need a current diagnosis, service that meets the requirement for that exposure, and a discharge that isn't dishonorable, and VA decides every case itself.
This one was added by the PACT Act, so it may not appear in older lists or in advice you were given before August 2022.
Agent Orange and other herbicide agents
How VA publishes it: Added by the PACT Act, Pub. L. 117-168 Sec. 404, verified verbatim. Statutory phase-in: immediate on enactment for DIC claimants and certain designated veterans, and "On October 1, 2022, for everyone not described in clause (i)." That date has passed.
